These terms govern use of SocialsCRM, an internal social-media account-management application operated by Ferraro Nova Inc., including its SMS notification program.

SMS notification program

Program: SocialsCRM Collab Notifications. When enabled, we send operational text messages to team members—for example, alerting a team member when a collaboration request is assigned to them, with a link to act on it.

• Opt-in: Texts are sent only to team members who have opted in via their profile in SocialsCRM. This is internal operational messaging, not marketing.
• Message frequency: varies based on activity.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.
• Help: Reply HELP or email team@crmsocials.com for assistance.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

SocialsCRM is provided for authorized team members to manage social-media accounts. You agree to use it only for its intended business purpose and in compliance with applicable law.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialsCRM is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
